Halloween Havoc 2018

New York State of Mind and East Harlem Tutorial Program present our 6th Annual Halloween Havoc in Harlem. This ghoultastic spooktacular event will feature:

- Ghostbuster’s Haunted House (opens at 3pm)
- Harlem Horrorfest (Freddy Kreuger, Jason, and more; horror challenges for adults)
- Halloween Village (pumpkin painting, make your own slime, spooky storytelling, games and activities)
- Artisan fair

… and much, much more!

This event is free admission and all are welcome.
